I have been to over 15 dental offices in the Boston area over my life time. Dr. Parrella and his staff were amazing. They made me feel like family. Dr parrella is the best dentist i have ever been to. I have been going to Dr. Parrella for several years now and every time I go I am treated with care. No matter what the reason is for the appointment Dr. Parrella and his Assistant always explain to me what they will be doing to my teeth before they do the work and then after the work is done they explain to me how to care for my mouth and give me a prescription if needed.
Extremely friendly and diligent staff. They did a great job keeping me informed and explained the process before performing any tasks. Highly recommend to others and will continue to get my dental care here.

I’ve been coming here for 33 years. Lynn is the best Hygenist and pays particular close attention to my needs. I have sensitive teeth so she hand scales all my teeth because of my intolerance to the vibrating machine and new techniques. Dr. Parella has been filling cavities since I was 10 and now I am 43. Nobody is better than him - not to mention he’s Italian and knows good food ! My wife and I think he’s the best. This may sound like a lot of fluff but I couldn’t be more sincere with my comments.

Dr. Parella is hands-down the best dentist I have ever been to, he has been doing my dental work for a number of years now and I consider myself very lucky to be one of his patients. My teeth were in particularly poor condition, so just allowing someone to look at them was very difficult and often embarrassing, but Dr. Parella is quite honestly everything you would hope for - he is caring, professional, very reassuring and very down to earth. For many people, one bad experience with a dentist can be enough to ruin your trust and willingness going forward, Dr. Parella understands this and works against it - he truly does everything possible to work with you and to give you the best results.
